How do I place an order on RangToonz?
Simply browse our products, customize them with your chosen design, add to cart and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Sign in to create and save personalized projects. If an item requires an account, you will be asked to sign in before continuing.
Can I edit or change my order after placing it?
Email support with your order ID and the change you need as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once personalized production has started.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Check the confirmation shown after checkout and any order message sent to your registered contact details. If confirmation is missing after a payment, keep your payment reference and contact support before paying again.
How can I track my order?
Open Track Order or use the carrier link in your dispatch message. If a tracking update is unavailable, contact support with your order reference.
What payment methods do you accept?
Choose from the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on your order; see the Payments topic for more help.
Can I apply discount codes or gift cards?
Check the options shown at checkout. A discount code or gift card can only be used when the corresponding option is available.
Is there a minimum order value?
Review the cart and checkout for any applicable minimums, shipping costs and the final total before paying.
I’m facing an issue while placing an order. What should I do?
Check your connection and the details entered. If payment may already have gone through, keep the payment reference and contact support before trying to pay again.
