Account and project information helps you sign in, save creations, receive support and use the service securely. Technical and usage information may also be used to operate and understand the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
How are uploaded photos used?
Your selected photo is checked and sanitized, then used to create the artwork and related previews you request. When external AI processing is enabled, the sanitized photo is sent to the configured AI service. Source photos and outputs are stored privately.
Are my photos used only to create my personalized products?
The Photo Processing Notice limits photo use to the requested creation workflow, including validation, artwork, selected previews, access to your results, retries and deletion controls. The application does not implement photo use for model training. See the notice for the services involved.
How are children's photos handled?
The upload flow asks whether the subject is a child and requires separate guardian-authority and child-photo processing confirmations. Only upload if you are authorized to do so. These confirmations do not independently verify guardianship. Child-subject source photos and generated outputs are cleanup-eligible after 30 days by default.
How long does RangToonz keep uploaded photos?
Under the current notice, incomplete uploads are cleanup-eligible after 24 hours, rejected uploads immediately, and failed-generation assets after seven days. Child-subject source photos and outputs are eligible after 30 days by default. Other successful source photos and completed outputs have no fixed automatic expiry and remain until deletion, withdrawal or another applicable cleanup event. Queued deletion may take time.
Can I request deletion of my uploaded photos?
Yes. Use the consent-withdrawal option in the photo flow when available, or contact support for help with a deletion request. Withdrawal stops future related processing and starts applicable source-photo and output deletion. Some limited records may remain for security, integrity or legal obligations.
Are my photos or avatars shared with other users?
Your photos and creations are private by default. Access to private assets is checked against ownership. Services needed to store or process your creation may receive data as described in the policies; this is different from making it visible to other users.
How is my payment information protected?
Enter sensitive payment information only through the payment flow at checkout. Never share your full card details, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP with support or other users. Refer to the payment provider’s privacy and security information for how it handles those details.
How can I delete my RangToonz account and associated data?
Check Profile or Account Settings for the account-deletion option and follow its confirmation steps. If you need help, contact support from your registered email address. Deletion may be queued, and some limited records may need to remain for security, integrity or legal obligations.
