What payment methods does RangToonz accept?
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Choose from the options displayed for your order.
Is online payment secure?
Use only the payment flow provided at checkout. Never send a full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP to support. Check the payment provider’s security information before authorizing a payment.
Can I pay using UPI?
You can use UPI when it is offered at checkout. Approve the request only in your trusted UPI app and verify the amount and recipient before paying.
Can I use credit or debit cards?
Credit or debit cards can be used when the card option is available at checkout. Supported cards and any additional verification are shown in the payment flow.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is available only if it appears as an option for your order at checkout. Do not assume it is available for every personalized product or delivery location.
Can I apply a coupon or promotional code?
If a coupon field is available at checkout, enter your code and apply it before payment. Check the eligibility conditions and updated order total.
What should I do if my payment fails but money is deducted?
Keep the payment reference and contact support with your order details before paying again. Support can help check the order status; reversal timing depends on the bank or payment provider.
Where can I download my invoice?
Check your order details for an invoice download when available. If you cannot find it, email support with your order reference.
